Looking for lucrative ways to get paid to take surveys? You are in the right place. They call me the survey queen, haha, no, they don’t but I have been taking surveys for years now and I’m going to be spilling all my secrets with you to share:
- The best surveys to take
- Top tips to make the most money
- What to keep in mind when survey-taking
- How to get started for free
So, let’s start backwards shall we?
Getting Started to Get Paid to Take Surveys
Ok, so getting started is a breeze. All you need is an email address and your time.
The legitimate survey and panel companies are free to join. They are paying you, not the other way around so keep that in mind. If you ever come across a company that wants you to pay them, they are likely not legit so run away..fast.
I recommend you establish a separate email address just for surveys. This is optional of course but it helps you stay organized because you’ll be getting emails from these companies and you don’t want them to fall into Spam or get mixed in with your other important emails.
I just started a Google Mail email account for free, and call it a day.
Pro Tip: Treat survey taking like a business or like a job and you will earn FAR MORE!
The Best Companies to Get Paid To Take Surveys
I’m going to share my top 3 favorite survey companies to go to. You can join as many companies as you’d like. I’d recommend starting with around 2 to 3 to start, then scaling up from there. Each company offers around $10 to $20 in daily offers so your income could look like this.
$15 per day x 3 survey companies = $45/day
$45/day x 5 days/week = $225/week (or $900/month)
Not bad, eh?
You will NOT make a full-time income taking surveys. It’s a nice daydream but I’m not gonna lie to you, you just can’t do it but, you can earn a nice side income to supplement your income, which you can throw towards:
- Boosting your savings
- Bumping up your retirement fund
- Enjoying a more lucrative lifestyle every month
- Paying off debt
Vindale is a legitimate survey company that’s been around for a long time. I’ve been a member with them for over 2 years and I just received a check in the mail that I cashed over the weekend, from Vindale!
Step 1.) Join for free HERE
Step 2.) Complete your Profile (and grab your $1 BONUS)
Step 3.) Take surveys and get paid!
They pay via PayPal. I mentioned check payment up above because they did offer a check payment option too but they just discontinued it, a few days after I requested my last check. PayPal payment is great because it’s instant, and straight to your account.
You must reach $50 in your Vindale balance in order to be paid, which you can hit in a few days, honestly.
This survey company offers a few different ways to earn.
First, you can take surveys.
Next, they offer high-paying panels. Panels are a bit more involved than surveys but totally worth it, paying $40 to $80+ each!
Lastly, they have a program called Savvy Connect which lets you earn income passively. You download the Savvy Connect app on your smartphone and they review how you use your phone and the data, paying you every single month you have the app installed. You just use your phone like you normally would and you get paid!
Pinecone is the third survey company in the roundup. You get more high-paying offers with Pinecone Research and it’s so easy to get started:
Step 1.) Sign up
Step 2.) Take surveys and earn points for each survey completed
Step 3.) Influence the products being brought into stores through your honest feedback in surveys
Step 4.) Get paid!
You’ll get paid for your opinion and be proud to be a member of Pinecone.
Top Tips with Survey-Taking
- Treat this like a job and you will go far
- Set up a separate email address
- Stay organized
- Track your income and your time
- Refer your friends for bonus money (some of the programs offer really attractive refer-a-friend incentives
- Create a schedule for yourself to take surveys
- Earn money “as a bonus” when you take surveys here and there when you have free time like sitting at home, lying in bed in the morning before you get ready for the day, waiting in the lobby of your doctor’s office for your appointment, etc.
What to Keep in Mind When Taking Surveys
What to keep in mind is that not all survey companies are legit. We touched on this a bit up above. These three companies I mentioned are legit. The big red flag is if they ask for money, so keep this in mind.
This is a journey not a rat race.
It can feel so exciting when you get started but you are not getting free money. You are expected to answer questions and share your honest feedback in order to receive payment. Surveys don’t take skill or effort. They do take time.
Have a positive mindset and have fun with this, it really is a lucrative part-time side hustle!
